Cause1: Frictional heat

Therefore, the temperature inside the main machine of Raymond mill is often relatively high, and as time goes by, the longer the machine is used, the higher the temperature will be.
 

How to solve: On the one hand, it is to ensure the sealing of the bearing to prevent dust and impurities from entering, which will increase friction; on the other hand, it is to do a good job of timely lubrication, and regularly add grease to bearings, grinding rollers and other components as needed to increase the flexibility of each component and minimize unnecessary friction. In addition, the choice of grease is also critical. You must choose the right brand for the equipment and do not use it blindly. The bearings should also be cleaned regularly to keep them clean.
 
 

Cause2: Fan heating

 
Measures: Avoid changing the fan equipment.
 

Fan heating is also a common cause of Raymond mill overheating. Generally, the reason why the fan heats up is because the wind pressure is too high. Workers often accidentally touch the fan equipment during operation, which will change the wind pressure of the fan, causing the motor to heat up.
 

How to solve: Be careful during operation and do not change the fan equipment at will to ensure its wind pressure is stable.
 

Cause3: Air is not circulating

 
Measures: Allow air convection inside and outside.
 

If the air inside the Raymond mill main unit is not circulated with the outside air, it will also cause the temperature inside the main unit to rise.
 

How to solve: Open the ventilation duct and adjust the ventilation of the main unit to allow convection of air flow inside and outside the Raymond mill, thereby reducing the temperature inside the main unit and avoiding excessive temperature.
