Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of lower frame, eccentric sleeve, transmission part: transmission shaft small bevel gear sleeve, support sleeve, adjusting ring, moving cone, electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and other parts

During operation, the movable cone performs a rotary pendulum motion driven by the eccentric sleeve, driving the crushing wall to squeeze and grind the material between the crushing wall and the mortar wall. According to the lamination theory, the material is subjected to forces in multiple directions, and is crushed and polished according to its own texture to form stable stone particles. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame, middle frame (medium crushing type), lower frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission, hydraulic cylinder, electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and other parts.

When working, the motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby realizing continuous extrusion and crushing of stones.

2. In terms of work efficiency, hydraulic cone crusher can be fully fed, with higher material throughput and processing capacity, and naturally greater output, while spring cone crusher generally cannot be fully fed, which can easily cause machine blockage.
 

3. Hydraulic cone crusher adopts the principle of layered crushing, which can use the crushing effect between stones to reduce the wear on the machine. The finished stone particles are round and full, with good grading, and the needle-like particles are greatly reduced, which solves the problem of more needle-like particles in the finished stone of the previous spring cone crusher.
