The working principle of impact crusher is that when the material enters the impact crushing chamber, it moves downward and is squeezed and impacted by the material itself due to the friction between the impact plate and the cone and the weight of the material itself. When the material contacts the impact plate, it will rebound and hit the cone, thus achieving the crushing effect.

2. Structure

 
The structure of cone crusher is simple. It is composed of machine body, frame, universal joint, main shaft, moving cone, cone sleeve, cone pin, locking nut, liner and strew.

3. Application
