1. Keep the parameters of the tight side discharge port unchanged.
If you want to stabilize the output, quality and production line load of sand and gravel products, the first thing to ensure is that the parameters of the tight side discharge port of the cone crusher remain unchanged, otherwise it is very easy to cause the product particle size to increase unexpectedly, which will affect the entire production line system and the final output.
2. Try to continue "full cavity" operation.
If a cone crusher is produced at full load for a while and at half load for a while due to factors such as unstable feeding, then its product particle shape and product rate will also fluctuate. The cone crusher running in half cavity has unsatisfactory products in terms of grading and needle-like shape. Try to ensure that the cone crusher runs at full cavity, and do not feed too much to obtain better throughput and particle shape.
3. Do not feed too little.
Feeding only a small amount of raw materials will not reduce the burden of the cone crusher. On the contrary, too little raw materials will not only damage the product output and poor particle shape, but also have an adverse effect on the bearings of the cone crusher.
According to the working principle of the cone crusher, the actual power of the cone crusher should not be less than 40% of the rated power. In order to obtain proper "load bearing positioning" and maximize productivity, the actual power of the cone crusher should be maintained between 40%-100% of the rated power, and 75%-95% of the rated power during operation is the best choice.
4. The feed drop point needs to be aligned with the center of the cone crusher feed port.
Use a vertical guide plate to guide the feed drop point to the center of the cone crusher feed port. Once the drop point is eccentric, one side of the crushing chamber is full of material while the other side is empty or less, which will cause lower crusher throughput, more needle-like products, and oversized product particle size.
5. Ensure uniform feeding.
When feeding, it is necessary to avoid the situation where large-size stones are concentrated on one side and small-size stones are concentrated on the other side to ensure uniform mixing of stones.
