Urban Construction Waste Treatment Solution

In the rapid development of cities, the treatment of construction waste has become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently. With the acceleration of urbanization, the large-scale development of construction projects has led to a continuous increase in the amount of construction waste. If not properly handled, these construction wastes will have a serious negative impact on the city's environment, resources and sustainable development. Therefore, a mature and stable urban construction waste treatment solution is essential.

When construction waste is pulled to the processing plant, it first enters the pre-sorting and crushing unit. In this link, we make full use of advanced dust removal fog cannon technology. On the one hand, it effectively suppresses the generation of dust and protects the environment and the health of workers; on the other hand, it creates a clear working environment for workers, allowing them to carefully examine the surface of construction waste and accurately pick out those useless components visible to the naked eye, such as thatch, rubber, wood, and plastic impurities, to ensure that the construction waste entering the subsequent processing process is of higher purity. At the same time, a hook machine equipped with a special drill bit performs preliminary crushing of oversized construction waste to make its size meet the requirements for further processing. The forklift accurately pushes the construction waste of appropriate size into the entrance of the jaw crusher buried underground, and in order to minimize dust, an efficient dust removal device is set at the entrance of the crusher to further ensure the environmental protection of the entire operation process.

The core of the entire production line is to accurately separate the components of construction waste, aiming to extract high-value-added components and convert them into high-quality raw materials that can be put into use again. After the initial crushing, the material is transmitted by belt, first passing through the iron remover, which uses strong magnetic force to separate large pieces of metal, especially steel bars, from the mixed material, so as to achieve the recycling and reuse of metal resources. Then, the material enters the heavy screen, and the soil is separated through the fine screening of the screen and directly transported to the slag bin for storage. These slag can be used in specific engineering fields such as backfilling. The material after the soil is screened out enters the positive pressure air separation device, which uses wind power to cleverly blow out some lighter and larger substances, such as plastics, wood chips, paper, etc., to further purify the material composition.

After the first round of crushing, screening and impurity removal, the materials are relatively clean and have a single composition, mainly concrete blocks or bricks. These materials are then sent to the impact crusher, where they are gradually crushed into particles with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters under the impact of high-speed rotation. This is the recycled aggregate with wide application value.

The birth of recycled aggregates has laid a solid foundation for their reuse in the field of construction engineering. In construction engineering, sand and gravel, as indispensable key materials, play a vital role in various links such as paving the road base, preparing mortar, and producing concrete and bricks, and bear the important responsibilities of skeleton support and filling. Recycled aggregates, with their stable performance and good quality, can completely replace natural sand and gravel and are widely used in these construction engineering scenarios. This not only effectively alleviates the construction industry's excessive dependence on natural sand and gravel resources, protects natural resources, but also reduces the pollution of the environment by construction waste, while reducing the procurement cost of building materials, achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits, and providing strong support and guarantee for the sustainable development of cities.
