It can be continuously automatically regulated and suppressed time, pressure, and product thickness.

 

The entire hydraulic system is imported from Taiwan. It has high stability, avoids oil leakage, oil is easy to dirty, pressure is insufficient, and the movements are different.

 

  According to the requirements of customers in different industries, multiple sets of suppression methods have been developed:
 

 

1. The floating pressure method-through the floating of the medium-sized table board, ensure the same density of the product.

 

2. Upper cylinder and downward pressure-upper mold and downward pressure, one molding, save time pressure, improve the efficiency of pressure tablets, and mostly be used for materials with good liquidity.

 

3. The lower cylinder upper pressure-the upper mold pressure into a small part of the cavity. The method of the lower cylinder is facilitated to remove the mold, reduce the friction of the product and medium-sized sword, and make the product density firmer.
