Sawdust pellet machine is a kind of biomass fuel forming equipment. It is mainly used to produce environmentally friendly fuel pellets from agricultural waste such as cotton straw, wheat straw, corn stalk, corn cob, etc.
The fuel pellets made by this machine can be widely used in household heating, fireplaces, boilers, gasifiers, biomass power plants and other fields. It works by pressing and compacting materials into the die hole by the relative movement of the pressing roller and die, and forming through the holes. The machine has a motor to drive its reducer, the reducer drives the main shaft, and the main shaft drives the press roller frame to rotate. The press roller makes auto transmission while revolving on its axis.
